How Do I Handle My Stress?

When My Muscles do not want to co-operate and I can not stand straight and walk properly, I go to Aqua Fit Classes. I try to go 5 to 6 times a week. When I work the range of motion in the exercises to my fullest, I can walk out of there feeling great and walk upright. I went on Holidays and for 2 weeks I did not get a chance to do Aqua Fit classes. I found that my muscles were very stiff. Once I returned to Aqua Fit, I felt better. I now know how beneficial these classes are to me and to my health.
I also do not take any food that causes inflammation of the joints or of the muscles and that itself was a
turn around in my life. My naturopath doctor helped me with that. I have now lost 25 lbs and my joints are muscles feel much better.
I have FMS for almost 10 years and my gp (doctor) had nothing to offer to help me except nova tripalene and it only helped me to sleep better. I had a sleep study done and it revealed a lot of sleep interruptions , especially my REM sleep. I may need surgery to fix that. But besides Aqua to let stress out, I make sure that I am lying down on the couch with my feet up and relaxing at 8 o'clock every night and watch a movie.
Oh, I also do Yoga stretches to stretch out any tightness from daily activities.
