Shiatsu for Weight Control
With the tips of the fingers of both hands, press on the point midway between your belly button and the bottom of your breast bone. This will usually be just over four finger widths above the belly button. Stimulate the point using the press and release technique for 1-2 minutes. (Press for 6- 7 seconds; release; press again. )
Now slide your fingers downward and to the left, while giving moderate stimulation as you go. When you get to a point level with and about 2 inches to the left of the belly button. Stimulate this area for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly circle down to a point about one and a half inches below your navel. Stimulate 1-2 minutes.
Let your fingers come up to a point about 2 inches to the right of the navel. Stimulate 1-2 minutes.
