Foods That May Cause Migraine Sensitivity

The most common foods implicated in migraine attacks

Foods may precipitate migraines either because they contain chemicals such as amines that dilate the blood vessels or you are allergic to them. We will list potential foods that are known to cause migraines in several people. Please note that this does not mean that you are sensitive to these foods. You need to carefully watch when you consume these foods to see whether they precipitate a migraine in you. Use a diary. (See: How To Determine Your Migraine Trigger? )
