Listen to at least 10 to 20 minutes of relaxing music each day can
be helpful to ease the pain of angina. Turn on the music, then sit or lie comfortably,
close your eyes and take a deep breath. While the music is playing, let your breath slow

silence in between the notes. This will help you get a more deeper relaxation.
