Agitation and Lethargy

You may feel agitated or slowed down. In some cases you may experience both simultaneously. Agitation is particularly discomforting.

Signs of agitation

bulletYou feel restless
bulletYou are unable to sit still
bulletYou wring your hands
bulletYou pace about
bulletYou feel like you're "jumping out of your skin."

Signs of psychomotor retardation or slow down
