Candidiasis This is often misdiagnosed as CFS in women.
Cardiovascular causes (if breathlessness and or chest pain on exertion accompanies fatigue, the heart may be involved).
Depression.
Diabetes.
Headaches.
Hypoglycemia
Infections
Nutritional deficiency.
Obesity.
Premenstrual syndrome
Sleep disturbance or inadequate sleep.
Stress.
Thyroid problems (over or underactive thyroid activity can lead to fatigue).
