Important Notes

Preventive Dose - You can use this level of supplements everyday for optimum immunity.

Immune ]ump-starting Dose - Take this regimen if you're prone to infections, or recover from them very slowly. Take this dosage level for 1-3 months, then scale back to preventive dose levels. (See the note below regarding Vitamin A)

Very Aggressive Dose: Take this dosage only for the temporary treatment or amelioration of serious life- threatening infections such as exposure to anthrax. If your condition is long-term (e.g., tuberculosis, AIDS, etc.), consult your physician. (See the note below regarding Vitamin A)

If you are of childbearing age, take the aggressive dosages (above 5000 IU) of vitamin A only under the supervision of a physician.

Instead of taking individual B-vitamins, you may take a B-Complex.
