content. No animal products allowed.

McDougall's program is a good way to eat and it is well documented. However,
it may be hard to stick to it because it restricts you to be a vegetarian. You
also may need to take supplements to make sure that you get adequate vitamin
and mineral intake in the absence of any animal protein intake.
